Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for a talented Accounts Payable Clerk who has a passion for quality construction. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable Department.

What You'll Do

• Sort and process company invoices
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Post and scan documents per company procedures and payment terms meeting all the A/P deadlines
• Provide clerical support for the department

What You'll Bring

• A basic understanding of generally accepted accounting practices
• Basic knowledge of general office procedures and practices
• Demonstrated multi-tasking, data entry skills, and prioritizing
• Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proven communication, organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills that include experience with Microsoft Excel
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Education beyond High School preferred)
• Related experience preferred, not required
