MegaMile is seeking motivated, sales-driven, and highly organized professionals to join our team as Sales Representatives / Freight Brokers / Operations Coordinators .

This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics and freight brokerage , develop strong client relationships, and earn significant income through performance-based commissions.

You will be responsible for growing customer accounts, coordinating freight operations, managing carrier relationships, and driving overall revenue growth. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing support will be provided.

• Guaranteed pay: $2,000/month
• Plus 25% commission on load profit margins

• 30% commission on monthly margins under $15,000
• 35% commission once monthly margins reach $15,000+

Higher commission tiers activate immediately once performance goals are met.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics industry
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and research
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts

• Coordinate freight shipments between shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates with carriers to secure competitive pricing
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain high levels of customer service

• Prepare and present pricing proposals and logistics solutions
• Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability
• Maintain accurate records of all customer activity in CRM systems
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to management

• Work closely with internal operations and sales teams
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing conditions
• Support company growth and customer retention initiatives

• Previous experience in sales, logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is a plus
