Team members contribute to the success of Coffee Action West by preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Team members will always maintain an environment that promotes Coffee Action West's guiding principles.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Following Dunkin' Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Following food safety standards
• Preparing food and beverages
• Assembling and packaging orders and serving to guests
• Understanding the restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and being able to answer guest questions
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Cleaning equipment and guest areas
• Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc. at workstation
• Taking orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handling payments
• Following speed of service standards
• Serving and communicating with guests
• Maintaining a guest focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicating effectively with managers and coworkers
• Maintaining organized stockroom and refrigerated areas

Physical demands/working conditions include:

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 20 lbs (if applicable)
• Wearing a headset
• Working in a small space
