Director of Physical Therapy

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Physical Therapy! Bonus Incentive Program and relocation! Oversee therapy departments in a variety of settings, while managing the daily operations, staff, and clinical standards. Department Management: Oversee daily operations, patient scheduling, and workflow efficiency across the facility. Staff Supervision: Hire, mentor, evaluate, and schedule physical therapists, assistants, and support personnel. Patient Care: Provide direct patient evaluations, design complex treatment plans, and perform hands‑on therapy as needed. Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare laws, HIPAA regulations, and third‑party billing/Medicare standards. Financial Oversight: Assist with departmental budgeting, resource allocation, equipment purchasing, and productivity monitoring. Qualifications: State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited therapy program Additional training with a Master’s or Doctor’s degree in either professional or management area preferred. 5 years of rehabilitation experience, which includes two years in management, is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
