The Bachrach Group seeks a hands-on Payroll Manager to own a large, unionized payroll operation, overseeing weekly processing for 4,000 employees across 400+ client accounts. You’ll lead a team of 6 coordinators, ensure accurate withholdings, benefit deductions, and 401(k) remittance while maintaining strict compliance with FLSA, NYS Wage & Hour laws, and union contracts.
