Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the OR/PACU RN will:Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plansPerform initial preoperative assessment, develops a plan of care, and explains the subsequent phases of surgeryProvide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family membersDemonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedationAdminister medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directedProvide patient educationWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:Active RN licenseCurrent BLS and ACLS certification2 to 3 years clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience strongly preferredStrong technical and clinical assessment skillsAbility to access, input, and retrieve information from a computerAbility to work independently and demonstrate good judgmentAbility to communicate accurately and conciselyMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
