Are you a passionate bartender with a flair for crafting unforgettable cocktails? We're on the hunt for a part-time bartender to join our dynamic team at Laziza, where we celebrate good drinks, food, music and the people around us.
About Us:
Laziza is Bed Stuy, Brooklyn bar-forward Middle Eastern restaurant inspired by the flavors of Lebanon, Turkiye, Iran and the broader Middle East.
What We're Looking For:
Availability: You must be ready to work weekdays or weekends
Service Excellence: If you love connecting with customers and creating memorable experiences, you'll fit right in!
Cocktail Knowledge: A solid understanding of cocktails and spirits is essential, but don't worry-we're happy to provide additional training for the right candidate. We also love candidates that can bring a creative ability to maintain our cocktail program at world-class level.
Who You Are: A true team player with a passion for hospitality and someone that cares deeply about their craft.
Requirements:
Referenced experience as a mixologist or bartender
Proficient in classic cocktails recipes and preparation techniques
Excellent customer service abilities
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
At least 3 years of NYC bartending experience
Responsibilities:
Create and serve a diverse selection of cocktails in a fast-paced setting
Ensure all cocktails are consistently presented to high standards during each shift
Deliver engaging and attentive service to guests
Set up and dismantle stations as necessary
Be comfortable with prep work including juicing and batching prep for the day
Comply with all NYC health, safety and sanitation regulations
Compensation Details:
Compensation: Hourly ($12.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $600.00
