ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Life Specialist with State Farm Corporate, and prior to joining State Farm, I sold heavy equipment. Outside of work, our family is full of Ole Miss fans - both my son and daughter attend the university.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. Our agency participates in a variety of local events and organizations, including classic car shows, Christmas parades, county livestock programs, and local sports teams. We enjoy supporting the activities and traditions that bring our community together.

As a Customer Service Representative with Will Hallmark - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
