General Description The Customer Service Agent provides knowledgeable and professional service to Lee Spring's internal and external customers. Job Responsibilities Order processing Resolve customer issues Issue and process Stock Return Material Authorizations Handle busy, phone, e-mails and walk-in customers Work with all Lee Spring internal departments and external locations Performs other related tasks that may be assigned Qualifications Qualification Requirements 3+ years of solid customer service experience (call center or BEB is a must) Ability to communicate with all levels of management internally and externally Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
