• Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 Annually
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Position Overview

Mullinax Ford is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our growing multi-store organization. This position supports multiple dealership locations and plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, employee record maintenance, and administrative compliance.

What You'll Do

• Process and audit payroll for multiple dealership locations
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Compile payroll data including hours worked, commissions, bonuses, PTO, deductions, and garnishments
• Maintain employee records and personnel files
• Coordinate onboarding activities, I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screenings
• Provide administrative support to employees and management
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with payroll and employment regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of payroll experience
• Accounting experience required
• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus

Compensation

$45,000 - $52,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
