We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Personnel to join our team on-site!

Position Details

Role: Service Desk Personnel
Location: Nashville, TN (312 Rosa Parks Avenue)
Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site (Must be local or reasonably close)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST (7.5 hrs/day)
Interview Process: Either Webcam or In-Person

Key Technical Skills Required

Active Directory Management: Password resets, account unlocks, OU navigation, and attribute lookup.
ServiceDesk & Ticketing: Ticket assignment and lifecycle management using ServiceNow .
iOS & Mobile Support: Setting up, deploying, and backing up/restoring iPads & iPhones .
Printer Administration: Managing server and local print queues.
Remote Support Tools: MSRA, RDP, MS Teams, and Cisco WebEx .
Networking & Hardware: VPN, LTE, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and hardware deployment.

Qualifications

Experience: Prior IT Call Center experience preferred (handling up to 30 calls/day).
Soft Skills: Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
