About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to oversee and integrate the business operations, filling the gap in the company's business side as the technical organization gains operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a range of functions, including finance, people ops, admin, and vendors, to ensure the company's operational hygiene runs as a cohesive system. This role is pivotal in supporting the CEO by managing the day-to-day business activities and holding the fort in areas such as BD, marketing, and comms until these functions are fully established. The Chief of Staff will be the key player in making the company run smoothly, with a focus on business operations coordination, AI-agent leverage, customer and pipeline support, and investor and external communications logistics. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a proven track record in running business operations end to end, particularly in a small company environment. The role requires experience in coordinating people, both fractional and in-house, and a comfort level in producing various business materials. A strong background in AI agent usage for operational work and experience in customer-facing logistics in an early commercial context are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at holding others accountable while maintaining strong relationships and will have a history of taking on operational gaps across multiple functions.
