Boiler Operator / Security Officer (3rd Shift)

Join a company where you are more than just another guard. Job Location: Memphis 38109, Memphis, TN 38109. Position Type: Full Time. Schedule: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM CST. Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour. Qualifications Operate and monitor boilers, engines, and auxiliary equipment. Read gauges, meters, charts, and control systems to track boiler and utility operations. Monitor boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels to ensure safe and efficient operation. Adjust valves and controls to regulate water, air, fuel, steam, and pressure levels. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, abnormal conditions, and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation. Security Responsibilities Perform routine security patrols of the facility and surrounding property. Monitor building access points and report unauthorized activity. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and unusual incidents in accordance with site procedures. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets. Document security incidents and complete required reports. Communicate effectively with management and emergency personnel when necessary. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods. Ability to work in mechanical rooms and industrial environments.
