Maintenance Assistant

About the role As a Maintenance Assistant you will perform non-production equipment related minor maintenance tasks. You will report to the Maintenance Team Manager and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities Plumbing maintenance, including drain cleaning Low voltage electrical repair, e.g.: bulb replacements Repair door locks and door closers Flooring repairs Painting Ceiling tile replacement Be the confined space attendant and perform fire watch responsibilities Material moves / deliveries General maintenance related housekeeping activities Other facility support tasks assigned, including visitor escorting Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Management. The hourly pay range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $27.55 per hour.
