Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
Home health experience required.
BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with documentation for home health electronic medical record systems preferred.
Experience managing caseloads in community or home health settings preferred.
