This position oversees all day-to-day community operations including resident satisfaction, financial performance, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, associate leadership, and quality assurance. The Executive Director partners closely with department leaders to create a culture that reflects Charter Senior Living’s mission and core values while driving operational excellence and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, associates, and the local community.
