Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans. Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom. Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment. Requirements No degree is required; Ability to lift and carry dogs up to 50 lbs; Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods during grooming sessions; Comfort working in a mobile grooming unit, which may involve limited space and frequent movement in and out of the vehicle; Ability to learn how and execute safely restraining and handling dogs of various sizes, temperaments, and energy levels; Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for grooming tasks such as clipping, scissoring, brushing, and nail trimming; Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on weather and grooming van conditions; Capability to drive and operate the mobile grooming vehicle, including navigating neighborhoods, parking, and stepping in/out multiple times per day; Stamina to perform multiple grooming sessions per day, sometimes with large or heavy-coated breeds.
