We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Agent Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands‑on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership. In addition to your day‑to‑day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership. Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Personal Attributes Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a passion for helping clients. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
