BIAs sell tailored commercial insurance solutions to business owners, leverage existing agent‑customer relationships, and operate within a supportive network that accelerates pipeline development and revenue generation. Key requirements & process Background check: satisfactory results required. Licensing: active Property & Casualty license required prior to full‑time appointment. Training: completion of the University of Farmers training program.
