• Pay: $65,000 - $121,000 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 8:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 7:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

• Help clients find the Subaru that best fits their lifestyle and needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits
• Create new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to a high-performing team
• Become a trusted Subaru product expert
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of Sales or customer service experience
• Willingness to expand skills and pursue career advancement opportunities.
• Demonstrate the ability to create positive customer experiences
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Estimated Annual Earning Range for this position is $65,000 - $121,000.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
