Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small to Mid-Market Accounts (Coral Gables, FL)

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 base + full benefits
Work Setting: Hybrid or In-Office (Coral Gables, FL)

Systems: EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 required

We’re seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, independent insurance agency in Coral Gables. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of small to mid-sized commercial P&C accounts, ensuring renewals and client needs are handled with expertise and care.

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with guidance on coverage options, claims processes, and policy changes.

• Market and quote new and renewal business by leveraging strong carrier relationships and online rating tools.

• Collaborate closely with producers and underwriters to secure optimal coverage and competitive pricing.

• Ensure accurate client records, documentation, and compliance for renewals.

• Proactively resolve coverage questions, billing inquiries, and service requests with a professional, solutions-focused approach.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial insurance experience in an independent agency setting.

• Active 220 P&C License required.

• Proficiency in EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 is a must.

• Deep technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Industry designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CPCU are a plus.
