Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to providing exceptional care to patients with psychiatric needs. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will apply your expertise within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and learning needs, and establish nursing diagnoses
• Plan and implement individualized care based on nursing care plans
• Administer medications and manage pain effectively
• Provide skin assessment and wound care
• Operate biomedical and patient care equipment
• Assist physicians with procedures and teach patients and families about healthcare and wellness
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Evaluate care provided and communicate patient status to the interdisciplinary team
• Need 1 year experience in setting
