About the Company

Express is hiring for a manufacturing company in the Sturgis area. This is a 1st shift, contract to hire role.

SHIFT:

First Shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm; M-Th with occasional Fridays.

ROLE TYPE:

Contract to hire

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Operations Supervisor will lead a team responsible for fabrication and assembly. This includes:

Supervising and directing activities in a complex fabrication environment.
Monitoring, evaluating, coaching and correcting employee performance and behavior as necessary.
Assuring proper training and promotes a safety first culture.
Jumping in to help troubleshoot production issues.

WHAT YOU NEED:

High school diploma or GED.
3+ yrs of production supervision experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience.
Experience in a welding/fabrication shop.
