WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Director HR with a business partner focus, you will play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across Ascend Learning. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing HR strategies that foster organizational and people development, ensuring we continue to drive innovation and excellence. Your leadership will be pivotal in nurturing our culture and guiding our talent to new heights of success. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME Developing and executing HR strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the commercial organization Providing guidance and leadership to commercial teams, fostering an environment of growth and development for sales and marketing team members Partnering with and coaching leadership to enable workforce success and talent development Leading organizational change initiatives and managing HR-related communications Overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making and measure effectiveness Championing and collaborating across departments to integrate HR strategic initiatives throughout the business WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other areas combined with relevant work experience is preferred.
