Project Manager

Project Manager – Studios Practice Known is looking for a Project Manager to join the Studios practice. The Project Manager will be responsible for seeing projects through from concept to final delivery across Experiential, AV, Digital, Social and Print/OOH. They will engage key stakeholders appropriately through the process, build and manage timelines and budgets, interface directly and regularly with clients, and ensure the on‑time, on‑strategy and on‑budget delivery of all projects. Responsibilities Manage 360 campaigns and projects, inclusive of AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action and Experiential, throughout the lifecycle of the project. Act as a point of contact for client across workstreams in coordination with Account Management. Schedule and conduct internal and external project kick‑offs. Work in conjunction with creative strategy teams to organize information and develop the creative brief for each title. Schedule and conduct internal project reviews, and distribute notes to the team. Manage teams through all phases of concepting, creative development and design, QC, and final deliveries. Create and manage internal and external master project calendars. With input from your creative team and the Head of Project Management, create SOWs detailing target initiatives, milestones, and deliverables. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, track, and recalibrate project schedules, production calendars based on client briefs, client feedback, and project status and deliverables trackers. With support from the Head of Project Management, handle internal billing and invoicing processes. Maintain a proactive and positive attitude. Qualifications Experience delivering best‑in‑class 360 campaigns for industry leading companies (including Experiential, AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH and Live Action). Exceptional ability to manage long‑term, multi‑million dollar engagements and multiple project tracks with a firm command of project management processes and methodologies. Experience managing quick, nimble, short‑term engagements with smaller, more multi‑disciplinary teams. Deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles. Collaborative, organized, and motivational project management style. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, resourceful, and professional with strong soft skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Previous client‑facing experience and comfort in such a role. Background Requirements 5‑7+ years of project management or production experience in a fast‑paced, integrated agency environment. Salary & Compensation Base salary is $85K-$100K. This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws.
