We are looking for a sharp, welcoming, and organized Reservationist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage our daily book, optimize seating, and ensure the host stand is set up for smooth services.What You’ll Do
Manage daily reservations, large parties, and special event bookings.
Optimize the digital floor plan to maximize seating and turn times.
Answer phone calls and emails with warm, professional hospitality.
Communicate guest notes, dietary restrictions, and VIP statuses to the service and kitchen teams.
Must have hands-on experience using Resy OS (managing notify lists, slotting reservations, and adjusting floor plans).
Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Exceptional communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
