Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Onsite
Start: ASAP
A growing and stable company in Mequon is looking for an experienced Estimator with a construction background to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates and evaluate bids.
- Obtain and negotiate pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
- Review materials, specifications, and jobsite requirements.
- Research and resolve cost discrepancies.
- Communicate with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and vendors.
- Assist with preliminary drawings and project design as needed.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of estimating experience in construction.
- AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling experience required.
- Strong understanding of construction practices and specifications.
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
