Maintenance ManagerHiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Manager in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in Cedarburg, WI!Salary: $110K - $125K + 10% BonusShift: DaysLocation: Cedarburg, WIBenefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a high-volume food and beverage manufacturing facility. This role will oversee a skilled union maintenance team while driving equipment reliability, automation, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.Job ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a unionized maintenance team to support daily manufacturing operations and long-term equipment reliabilityManage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS to maximize equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtimeDrive continuous improvement initiatives that improve maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and overall operational efficiencyOversee maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, utility systems, HVAC equipment, boilers, and electrical distribution systemsSupport and optimize plant automation systems, PLC controls, and manufacturing technologyMonitor maintenance KPIs, analyze equipment performance, and implement corrective actions to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)Partner with Engineering and Operations on capital improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization initiativesEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, food safety standards, GMPs, environmental requirements, and company policiesDevelop maintenance procedures, planning strategies, and best practices that improve safety, productivity, and equipment performanceManage maintenance scheduling, staffing, employee development, performance management, and trainingPromote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the maintenance organizationQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical education preferred5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within food and beverage manufacturing; dairy manufacturing experience preferred3+ years of supervisory experience leading maintenance techniciansStrong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, automation, and manufacturing systemsExperience with CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, and reliability-centered maintenance strategiesExperience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment; Allen-Bradley PLC experience preferredKnowledge of production equipment including fillers, blow molding equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferredAmmonia refrigeration, HTST pasteurization, fabrication, welding, or machining experience is a plusExperience working in a union manufacturing environment preferredStrong understanding of OSHA regulations, GMPs, food safety requirements, and maintenance best practicesProficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management softwareStrong leadership, communication, coaching, and continuous improvement skills with a hands-on management styleIf you are interested, please apply!
