Job Description
One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a hands-on experienced Maintenance Technician to support production operations at their Mequon, WI facility.
Pay Rate: $25/hr - $30/hr
Shift: 2nd / 3rd Shift
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize production downtime
Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, compressors, and automated machinery
Troubleshoot electrical controls, sensors, VFDs, and other industrial components
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur
Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs using CMMS
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsExperience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
