These services are well-suited for products that require a high level of manufacturing repeatability and accuracy.Job DescriptionSuper Steel is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic steel fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience in forklift repairs, machine maintenance, and plumbing.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other industrial equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify defects and implement necessary repairs.Assist in the setup and installation of new machines as needed.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records of repairs performed.Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.Participate in regular safety training sessions and meetings.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification is a plus.Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting; plumbing experience preferred.Experience with forklift repair and maintenance.Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.BenefitsIndividual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA): Eligible for reimbursement based on age; spouse receives $272, and each child receives $135.
