Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 / year + [Tips/Bonus Structure, if applicable]

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and hands-on Assistant General Manager / General Manager (AGM/GM) to split their time between our high-volume retail storefront and our exciting mobile event operations. Job Summary

This is a very FUN, high-energy role! As a Hybrid AGM/GM, you will lead our mobile truck operations for community events and provide critical management support at our retail store location during daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring speed of service, maintaining elite cleanliness standards, and leading by example from the front lines.

Key Responsibilities

On the Truck (Events Operations)

• Prep & Pack: Responsible for full pre-event prep including loading the truck, checking gas levels, and inspecting equipment. Ensure the truck is deep-cleaned top-to-bottom at the end of every shift.
• Run the Window: Serve as the face of the brand at major community events! Handle everything from taking guest orders to crafting premium frozen treats with a high-energy attitude.
• Cash Handling & Inventory: Securely process all customer payments and closely monitor food inventory while on the road to minimize waste.

In the Stores (Daily Operations)

• Direct Support: When there is no mobile event, jump straight behind the counter at the retail store to help the team dominate peak "rush" hours.
• Focus on Speed: Use your leadership experience to coach the crew on cutting down ticket times, optimizing workflow, and keeping the drive-thru moving rapidly.
• Maintain Standards: Lead the charge on "heavy lifting" operational tasks, including deep cleaning projects, restocking the walk-in cooler, and ensuring the shop is completely spotless.
• Fill the Gaps: Cover shifts for other managers as needed, ensuring the store stays profitable, organized, and compliant at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years of management experience in food service, hospitality, QSR, or retail (drive-thru and mobile/food truck experience is a massive plus!).
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be comfortable operating a commercial-sized mobile truck/van.
• Mindset: A high-energy, "lead-from-the-front" work ethic. You love jumping into the trenches with your team.
• Certifications: Food Handler / ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate community events and peak dessert hours.
