Summary The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is focused on cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role sets and achieves sales goals using selling tools such as text and social media while delivering personalized, confident style and fit advice. The position supports a fast-paced team environment and requires flexibility to meet business needs. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using available selling tools. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow new Nordstrom Rewards accounts. Provide excellent customer service, offering honest and confident feedback on style and fit. Maintain department readiness through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning. Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require and work a flexible schedule. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus. Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively in a team, and follow through on responsibilities.
