Job Description:
If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical in PAGOSA SPRINGS, CO this position might be what you are looking for! Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and physical symptoms, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments, and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Educate patients on managing their conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes, and assist with discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- CO Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pay: $2,117.97 - $2,183.47 / week
- Location: PAGOSA SPRINGS, CO
- Assignment Length: 13
- Shift: Day 3x12 - up to 36.00 hours per week
- Setting: Hospital
