Job Title

Must Have:

5+ years of Technical Writing experience in IT, software development, or system engineering environments
Experience documenting APIs, data structures, and complex system architectures
Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, draw.io, or similar documentation tools Strong experience creating and maintaining Section 508-compliant documentation for federal agencies
Experience with accessibility testing, remediation, and accessible document creation practices

Nice to Have:

CMS or Federal Healthcare experience
Agile experience
