Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional to deliver high-quality primary care services, focusing on both preventive and comprehensive patient care. Job Responsibilities Conduct thorough health assessments to diagnose both acute and chronic conditions. Develop, coordinate, and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care and enhance patient education. Requirements Clinical leadership experience preferred. Valid NY State License. Board Certified in Family Medicine. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Current DEA Certificate.
