Sugah Cain Farm, home to the horses of Old South Carriage Company, is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Farm Maintenance Technician to help keep our farm and facilities in excellent condition. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, values flexibility, and takes ownership of their work. Responsibilities Mow and maintain fields, pastures, and landscaped areas Operate tractors, zero-turn mowers, and other farm equipment Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools Repair and maintain fencing, gates, barns, and farm structures General property upkeep, including trimming, pressure washing, painting, and cleanup Assist with small construction and improvement projects Monitor the property for maintenance needs and proactively address issues Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized farm environment Experience operating lawn and farm equipment preferred Mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Flexible scheduling Competitive pay based on experience- $20+ starting
