Job Description Job Description Entry-Level Estimator – Collision Repair / Body Shop Position Overview We are looking for an Entry-Level Estimator to join our collision repair team. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. No prior estimating experience is required — we are willing to train the right person. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Greet customers and assist them throughout the repair process Help inspect vehicles and gather repair information Communicate with insurance companies and customers Learn estimating software and repair procedures Schedule repairs and update customers on vehicle status Work closely with technicians and management Deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For Strong customer service experience Excellent communication and people skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills Team player with willingness to learn Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Starting hourly during paid training with advancement into a high-income commission estimator position.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
