Crisis Detox Nurse

Helen Ross McNabb Center seeks a Centerpointe & Medically Monitored Crisis Detox Nurse to provide compassionate, 24/7 nursing care for adults undergoing withdrawal and psychiatric crisis. The nurse conducts assessments, monitors vitals and withdrawal symptoms, administers medications per protocol, and responds to emergent needs to ensure client safety and stabilization. Responsibilities include accurate EHR documentation, care coordination with physicians and therapists, and participation in treatment planning. This role supports a mission-driven, team-based environment focused on recovery, dignity, and trauma-informed, client-centered care for vulnerable populations in East Tennessee.
