School Age Group Leader-Wareham-FT
South Shore Community Action Council, Inc.
Core Duties School‑age population. Assist in coordinating all programmatic functions in collaboration with Site Manager in the classroom. Interpret and apply EEC regulations accurately. Responsible for engagement, supervision, and care of children in before and/or after‑school programs. Qualifications MA EEC, LTPS certification license preferred. AA/AS degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Child Care, Psychology) preferred, though not required. High school diploma, GED, or HISET accepted. At least 3 months of experience working with children aged 5 to 12 years. Knowledge of comprehensive purpose and philosophy of EEC program regulations. Experience and compassion working with children and families. Minimum Employment Requirements All candidates must undergo a background check where applicable prior to beginning employment. Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire. Must be able to speak and understand English. Valid MA state driver’s license required. #J-18808-Ljbffr South Shore Community Action Council, Inc.
