Here at Pixel Plush & Prizes, we bring joy to faces big and small with our incredible array of amusement plush and toys. We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and fun-loving individual to lead our warehouse operations and ensure every huggable friend and exciting game reaches its destination on time and in tip-top shape.

Your Epic Adventures Will Include:

• Expedition Leader: You'll be the master of speedy shipments, ensuring all customer orders embark on their journey to happy homes and arcade floors on a timely basis. No toy left behind!
• Accuracy Alchemist: With a keen eye and a steady hand, you'll ensure every order is picture-perfect, delighting our customers with precise packages of fun.
• Quality Quest Guardian: You'll be the ultimate guardian of plush perfection, performing quality control checks to ensure every product is worthy of bringing smiles.
• Inventory Illusionist: You'll manage our product inventory with the precision of a master magician, making sure we always have the right toys in the right place.
• Organization Overlord: Our warehouse will be your kingdom of neatness! You'll maintain a pristine and organized space, making finding that perfect plush a breeze.
• Cost Conqueror: You'll be a wizard with numbers, finding smart ways to control costs and ensure our operations are as efficient as they are exciting.
• Shipping & Packaging Sorcerer: From tiny trinkets to colossal critters, you'll oversee the art of shipping and packaging, ensuring every item is protected for its grand adventure.
• Team Trainer Extraordinaire: You'll inspire and train our amazing warehouse crew, turning them into a well-oiled machine of fun-delivery experts.
• Customer Communication Champion: Sometimes you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ensuring our customers feel heard and their needs are met.
• System Superhero: You'll confidently place orders in our system, ensuring smooth transitions from screen to shipment.
• Pixel Pal Support: You'll be an invaluable asset to our Pixel Customer Service Team, lending a hand to keep our customers smiling.

What You Bring to the Toy Box:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision (bonus points if it's in a super fun industry like ours!).
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating happy customers.
• The ability to lift, move, and dance with boxes (okay, maybe just lift and move).
• Forklift certification a plus
