Mountain Activity Seller

The Mountain Activity Seller is responsible for handling sales, fulfillment, reservations and inquiries for all on-mountain activities and lift tickets in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Ideal candidates for this role have strong customer service skills as well as proficiency in computer literacy.

Essential Responsibilities

• Must be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and fellow employees.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Facilitate sales transactions via resort POS system, whilst garnering effective knowledge of resort e-commerce platform(s).
• Develop familiarity with resort platforms, policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Develop skill sets to effectively utilize and manage customer records and profiles.
• Uphold safety and policy standards, including the Colorado Skier Safety Act and Skier Responsibility Code.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A passion for customer service-personally driven by customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and reservation systems.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a calm manner.
• Ideal candidates will have POS systems experience.
• 21+ years of age.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Visual abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Wage: $21/Hr
• Seasonal Winter Position: November- First week of April
