Surfpoint Recovery is a cutting edge substance-use-disorder (SUD) treatment center that has partnered with DailyPay for same day access to funds! Surfpoint Recovery offers inpatient detox, withdrawal, and stabilization services, as well as inpatient rehabilitation services for individuals with substance use disorder. The LCSW will be providing supervision hours to LMSWs and helping them grow professionally, while also strengthening their leadership and mentoring skills. Responsibilities Assisting LMSWs and other clinical staff to ensure the following: Management of a case load of 8-10 clients Ability to conduct daily individual & group counseling sessions Provision of aftercare planning, crisis intervention , and development of individualized treatment plans Compliance with documentation and progress notes Adherence to OASAS standards Assisting with weekly utilization reviews based on clinical and administrative protocols. Assisting in the preparation of weekly case conferences and case reviews. Supervising MSW student interns as needed.
