We offer competitive wages and benefits including comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, matching 401(k), paid time off and more.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the ‘Define’ stage of a Project taking it from a sold project through commissioningAssist Sales during the proposal and approval process including the coordinatingpreliminary and final architectural drawing packages to gain customer approval andmeeting position objectiveHelp ensure accuracy of Project Pricing, Discounts, and Invoicing to meet customer profileand proposalSupport prioritizing to help Manufacturing and Purchasing build equipment and procurenecessary materials in an efficient manner while still meeting the ship dateHelp identify any special project needs early in process to allow for necessary design effortsand sufficient procurement lead timesCoordinate with customer stake holders including architects, engineers, regulators, GC’ssupporting permitting and inspectionsWork with PM’s, Department Managers, and Mechanical Designers to prioritize taskingSupport ancillary Project activities such as invoicing, collections, service recovery, etc. toclose out projects meeting position objectiveBe responsive to the customers’ needs and follow through on all aspects of requests, bothwritten and verbalObjective support of conflict resolution between stakeholders through the application ofstated values.Project Ownership!QUALIFICATIONSCollege degree from an accredited college or university preferred (Project or ConstructionManagement) 3+ years of relevant work experience (construction or manufacturing project coordination) Alternative: Experience with and Demonstrated Knowledge of Vacutech Equipment,Systems, Processes, and ProceduresPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, this role will be required to perform tasks on the production floor. While performing the duties of this job, the employee has the potential of being exposed to manufacturing hazards and should have proper training and wear appropriate PPE to properly mitigate risks.
