Career Opportunities with Einstein Moving Company Lead Mover & Driver – North Dallas Branch Here’s the deal: We’re a moving company. We pick up people’s stuff and carry it from one place to a different place. Sounds simple enough… but it turns out that to be REALLY GOOD movers (the only kind worth being, in our opinion) we need REALLY GOOD people for our North Dallas branch. Compensation Package We put together this pretty kickass compensation package. First, a word about \u201CHourly Pay\u201D in the moving industry: Some moving companies advertise $25/hr but only pay you for \u201Cbillable\u201D time — meaning the hours you spend driving to jobs, loading trucks, and waiting between moves don’t count. At Einstein, you’re paid from clock‑in to clock‑out. Every single hour. When we say earnings, we mean it. Here’s what that looks like:

YOUR MONEY (THE FUN PART)

We’ll be straight with you. Here’s every dollar: $20/hr base in training. $21/hr base once you\u2019re a Lead. That’s the guaranteed floor — paid for every hour you\u2019re on the clock, not just \u201Cbillable\u201D ones. Plus tips. Typically $5–$8/hr. (Movers who actually give a damn make more.) Plus performance bonuses once you\u2019re out of training. Up to $3/hr. Plus $5/hr any time we call you in last‑minute. Plus overtime on hours over 40. Stack it all up and a typical week looks like: Lead in Training: $26–$28.50/hr. Lead: $28.50–$33.25/hr. Top performers earn more. And Leads aren\u2019t a dead‑end. 4 promotion tiers ahead of you.
