Service Dispatcher HVAC

We are seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate HVAC service calls and schedules. Ideal candidates have 13 years of dispatch or HVAC experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize service calls, dispatching technicians efficiently
• Maintain daily work schedules for field technicians based on skill and location
• Communicate customer needs to technicians and Service Manager
• Ensure necessary parts and equipment are ordered and available
• Provide logistical support and update customers on service progress
• Review field technician service reports and track parts inventory

Qualifications

• 13 years dispatch or related experience
• Understanding of HVAC/refrigeration systems preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to manage multiple tasks
