Job ResponsibilitiesComplete Solids Control rig-ups, rig-downs, troubleshooting, and minor repairsPerform Solids Control Analysis of the equipmentPerform electrical rig-ups, rig downs, and minor repairsPossess satisfactory knowledge of Solids Control and Vacuum Unit jobsFollow the proper sampling procedureComplete daily reports and communicate with customers, supervisors, and co-workersPossess satisfactory rig etiquette and maintain a professional attitudeTrain other employees and travel outside the hiring region when neededMaintain a satisfactory driving record per NOV's Driver PolicyDemonstrate a willingness to complete general labor tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisorAttain the necessary NOV WSS Core Training and maintain annual refresher trainingMinimum RequirementsA High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.Experience in the solids control field or similar mechanical experience, to be able to identify potential mechanical problemsPossess a satisfactory driving recordMust be able to pass background check, pre-placement physical, pulmonary function/FIT test, and substance abuse testingMust be able to operate or be trained to operate heavy equipment such as a track hoe/back hoe in a safe mannerMust be able to operate or be trained to operate existing solids control line of equipment and or any new solids control technology introduced to the marketPay rate 24.00 - 25.00 per hourTo learn more about our benefits, please visit our website: usbenefits.nov.comAbout UsEvery day, the oil and gas industry's best minds put more than 150 years of experience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success.
