Maintenance Technician — Build Safe, Welcoming Communities
ResProp Management
ResProp Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help manage a new apartment community. You will respond to work orders, maintain common areas, and partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan tasks on site. You will interact with residents, vendors, and teammates, perform preventative maintenance, prepare apartments for move-in, and help keep the property safe and attractive.
