Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant Geriatric Care (Behavioral Health Experience Preferred)
Full-Time Monday Friday No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

In this position, you will:
- Provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in long-term care, assisted living, or similar settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Deliver compassionate behavioral health support when needed
- Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (state licensure required or obtainable)
- Behavioral Health experience preferred
- Geriatric experience helpful but motivated new graduates are welcome
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
