Back Of House Supervisor
As a Back of House Supervisor your job is watching kitchen operations by supervising staff, maintaining correct cleaning procedures, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing labor, and ensuring efficient, high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervised and coordinated daily back-of-house operations to ensure efficient kitchen performance.
- Trained, coached, and scheduled kitchen staff while promoting teamwork and productivity.
- Monitored food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Enforced food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations throughout the kitchen.
- Oversaw station setup, closing procedures, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Resolved operational issues quickly to maintain smooth service during high-volume shifts.
- Coordinated with front-of-house management to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensured compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
