Key Responsibilities Assist classroom teachers in supporting students' learning and development. Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs. Help implement classroom activities, curriculum, and instruction. Monitor and manage student behavior to ensure a positive learning environment. Supporting students with physical, sensory, or behavioral needs in the classroom. Qualifications Strong interest in working with students and making a positive impact in their educational journey. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Patience, dedication, and a passion for education. At least 60 college credits or have taken and passed the ParaPro exam.
